The Jr. Challenge Cup was held at CYCL on October 27, 2002. Six
teams competed, with the Top 3 moving on to the Champions
Challenge Cup. The qualifying teams were: Stevenson Ranch,
Northpark and Mitchell. The other participants were: Valencia
Valley, Helmers and Pinetree. For the complete event crosstable,

The Champions Challenge Cup was held on December 15, 2002.
Meadows won the title, but the new team on the block, Thorner
from Bakersfield brought a young team and still finished 2nd.
The Chandler School and Mitchell tied for 3rd, with Chandler
taking the medals on tie-breaks. Stevenson Ranch and Northpark
were within a point of the 3rd place!
